Cannabis Awareness - Sensibilisation au cannabis 11 The Bathurst Police Force reached out to children from the two local middle schools (Grades 6, 7, 8) to submit a video explaining why they should be considered to win the Chief for a Day Contest. The winner attended a city meeting with the mayor, provided a morning briefing to officers, assisted/supervised a scheduled roadblock, amongst other duties. (Sgt. This occurred on Halloween day when members of the church and first responders decorated the trunks of their vehicles with different themes and games. This event took place in a safe, supervised safe parking lot where children were given a treat after playing the games.
